Maca-Chia GF Pancakes

Hello, Weekend! We've missed you..And it's starting to look like a pancake kind of morning. To make all our breakfast dreams come true we added a superfood boost to our super easy, 4 ingredient gluten-free pancakes. Can we get a heck yes? What You'll Need:

1 Cup Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Pancake Mix

1 egg (or flax egg)

1 TBSP coconut oil (melted)

1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

1 TBSP cinnamon

2 tsp maca

1 TBSP chia seeds

Toppings: strawberries, bananas, blueberries, maple syrup or agave

How to:

1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl

2. Add in milk & whisked egg

3. Stir until clumps are gone (do not over mix!)

4. Add batter to non stick pan. Flip when bubbles form. (makes 4-6 small pancakes or two big ones!)

5. Serve with toppings of choice!
