Ideal Mornings

  We sat down with our founder, Danielle Sobel, and got the scoop on her morning routine. Between running Juice Society, a farm & a few more projects up her sleeve, the AM is key in setting the tone for the day.

5:45 AM - Wake-up. I get up, change, and cleanse my face with Acure Facial Cleansing Creme. This is my all-time favorite for both morning and night. It's super gentle and perfect for sensitive skin.

6:00 AM - Workout time! I head downstairs to the gym, where I usually do a mix of HIIT with cardio sprinkled in. I honestly hate cardio but it helps relieve my anxiety and stress! I've been slowly getting back into my workout routine, and the goal is to start adding yoga and barre into my day as well. I love MOD Fitness and the classes at CorePower.

6:45 AM - Supplements on Supplements. Every day I like to take ashwagandha, tumeric, and tulsi-holy basil. They really help me relax, combat inflammation, and take on the day with whatever might come my way. I take these with a glass of lemon cayenne water.

7:00 AM - Breakfast. I'm really into my new favorite morning drink right now: cold-brew coffee, almond milk, TOCOS, mucuna puriens, and a touch of maple; I'll sip on this with a green juice, usually The General. If I have time, I make my favorite breakfast: arugula, 2 poached eggs, avocado, tomatoes and spicy probiotic-packed kraut by Farmhouse Cultures. Also, water. Lots of water.

7:30 AMWalk dogs. One of my favorite parts of my day is spending time with Lyla and Zoey, my two rescue dogs. Sometimes (aka all the time) I multi-task, check my emails, and start planning my day while outside. I also send out any important emails first thing. My brain works best first thing in the morning so I like to send out any new ideas, flavors, marketing initiatives at this time.

7:45 AM - Shower, get dressed & head out for the day! Since I've been running around a lot from the shop to the farm and back, I'm typically in jeans, a plain tee, and my favorite sneakers ever, AllBirds.
