15 Minute Meal - Sprouted Spinach Salad


Quick, easy & nutrient dense is the name of the game on most days here at Juice Society HQ. We  aim to keep it light, plant-based and packed full of essential nutrients in order to keep us focused, energized and powering through our busy days.  Our founder created this super simple & delicious salad in under 15 minutes to accompany her day. Pro Tip: make the night before and save time the next day!

What You'll Need:

2 cups baby spinach

1 cup cherry tomatos, chopped

1/2 red onion, chopped

1 small cucumber, chopped

1 cup sprouts (sunflower or alfalfa sprouts - or both!)

1 ripe Avocado

4 TBSP Hemp oil

1 lemon - squeezed

Salt & pepper to taste

How to:

Mix all chopped ingredients together. Top with hemp oil, lemon juice, salt & pepper. Refrigerate.

When ready to service, slice 1 avocado on top. Enjoy!
