Golden Girl Smoothie
We decided to switch things up a bit this morning and use our Golden Girl as a base for a delicious, 1 minute smoothie. Golden Girl is packed with immune boosting oranges, vitamin rich carrots and anti-inflammatory turmeric. The combination of these three will have you glowing & energized all day long! What You'll Need:
1/2 bottle of Golden Girl (8 oz)
1 Banana (preferably frozen)
1 TBSP Chia Seeds
Optional: 1 tsp lucuma or baobab powder for an extra vitamin burst
1 TBSP bee pollen
1. Add all ingredients to a blender except for bee pollen.
2. Pour, top with bee pollen & enjoy!
