Summer Detox Salad


After one too many glasses of rosé this summer, its about time to hit the reset button. Before embarking on our 3-day Summer Cleanse Series we are preparing with some of our favorite plant-based recipes. Now dubbed as our 'Summer Detox Salad' this simple pairing of chickpeas and vegetables has us ready to power through this week. Get the recipe below!  Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chickpeas
  • 2 small persian cucumbers
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small red bell pepper
  • 1 small avocado
  • a few sprigs of dill
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon

How to:

  • Halve tomatoes & dice cucumbers and pepper. Add to chickpeas
  • Roughly chop dill and dice an avocado
  • Squeeze lemon, add olive oil & mix all together
  • Refrigerate for 15-30 minutes or until chilled
  • Eat, smile, repeat!
  • Add ins we love: hemp seeds or basil!
