Austin Summer Guide: Free Workouts

We love our city, and we want to share it with you! Whether you were born and raised here or are just visiting, you'll find that Austin always has something unique to offer. This summer we are creating an Austin Summer Guide to share some of our timeless favorites, so stay on the lookout for regular publications! Austin is considered one of the healthiest US cities, and there is a plethora of free fitness and workout resources available! We love being able to take advantage of these and want to share them, so you have no excuse not to join us!

Ann and Roy Butler Trail

One of Austin's best running and biking trails is right here in the city! Traverse various trails ranging from 3 to 14 miles and get a great view of paddleboarders on Ladybird Lake and our gorgeous skyline!

Fitness on the Plaza

Downtown Whole Foods has free fitness sessions on its outdoor plaza scheduled at various times throughout the week. The health food superstore brings in local studios such as CorePower Yoga, Blue Honey Yoga & Fitness, and Relentless Bootcamp.


On Sunday mornings various Lululemon locations host sessions such as yoga and mindful running. Find your nearest store location and start your day off right!

Wanderlust Summers at the Spring

Join Wanderlust Yoga and various healthy snack vendors (including us!) for free yoga, free food, and free swimming every Monday evening at 7:30! We can't wait to share the beautiful outdoor space with you!
